For the second year in a row, Richie's Spirit Foundation has been named an official charity partner of the Rock N' Roll Marathon Series. This year, Team Richie will take on three cities, Brooklyn, Dallas and Philadelphia, as members raise funds to promote organ donation.
Last year, five runners joined Team Richie for the Rock N' Roll Brooklyn Half Marathon. Each runner took on 13.1 miles while raising funding and awareness for organ donation. Together, the team exceeding their goal and raised more than $6,500 for RSF!
Team Richie invites runners 16 years of age and older to join at one or more of the events. In exchanged for guaranteed entry, runners are asked to raise a minimum of $750.00. Team Richie members will be provided with detailed training regimens, opportunities for training runs, and a post-race brunch.
